Quick Books Course For Small Businesses
QuickBooks is THE accounting software that does so much of the work for you. Quick Books will help you manage your business finances and give you information about your business as if you had a full time accountant on your staff.
The course is made up of two 3 hour sessions and is designed for not for profit and private business concerns. The course is taught by a certified Quick Books instructor who is also a CPA and SCORE counselor
- Overview of how Quick Books works
- How to generate invoices
- How to generate purchase orders
- Create and manage a data base of customers
- Inventory control
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Profit and loss statements
- Income statements
- Balance sheets
- Monthly, Quartely and annual summaries
- Sales tax management
- Payroll management
After attending this course you will be able to have Quick Books manage your Small Business financial and marketing information.

About This Course

This course is designed for a person with no prior knowledge of how to use QuickBooks or someone familiar with the software who wants to learn new features and functionality of the latest version.
You will be learning by hands on exercises utilizing the actual program loaded on Vision Center computers. There is ample opportunity to ask questions and interact with the instructor.
